F.A.N.S.
FANS,
an acronym for “Forgotten Agents Need Status,” is a terrorist organization
founded by Howard Dorough, or “Dr. Rough,” as he prefers to be called. Dr. Rough built FANS from the ground up,
recruiting society’s criminals, derelicts, misfits, and miscreants to be his
Merry Minions. The most capable of these
were fellow rejects of secret service organizations worldwide, including the
CIA and MI6, and these formed the circle of Dr. Rough’s closest conspirators,
known as the “Rough Riders.”
FANS
has two main objectives: world
domination and the destruction of Himitsu Takana. The group seeks to reach these objectives by
developing advanced weaponry and carrying out elaborate schemes, usually
intended to terrorize, manipulate, control, or destroy different parts of the
world. Occasionally, FANS steals from or
unites with other villains to further their cause.
