Him
By Melissa
All the time I've been a fan, I wonder
if he ever knew his face would be plastered on stranger's walls while he grew
up. All through out his career I watched from a far, not wanting to get to
obsessed with him, but I got in far enough to be called a fan. I could never
imagine life without him, without the concerts and or without the music that
touched my heart so much. His career took him many places I'm sure he could of
never imagined. He himself meant a lot to many people. Looking at his young
pictures is just like looking at an angel of heaven.
I remember the first concert I went to. It was
in 2000 exactly 60 years ago today. I remember it like it was yesterday. Me, an
excited 12 year- old girl just watching my idol sing the whole world knew with
so much enthusiasm. His beautiful blue eyes glistening with every movement of
his body. You may ask why I'm bringing all this up. Today I turned on the TV
and this is what they said.
"Today, we morn the death of a
legendary soul, Nick Carter of the backstreet boys died today at the age of 80.
We know many people will miss him and he will be in many hearts forever."
Those words just keep
playing in my mind. When he goes through the gates of heaven I know that
nothing will be hold against him and he will be reunited with his family and
friends again. One thing I have to say before I end this story. Nick, You
played a big role in my life and you just being there with your music helped me
through a lot and I want to thank you for that. Now, Go and rest in peace and
remember you will always be in the hearts of millions.
The End
