Chapter 3
"Hello"? I heard nick's
voice say on the other end. Tears filled my eyes as I hung up the phone. I just
couldn't tell him, It was too hard. I know he had the right to know, ill tell
him when it all gets in my system. I put my phone down and started the
ignition. I pulled out of the driveway and onto the street. I had to tell
someone, I pulled down a very familiar street and looked at all the houses. I
turned into a driveway and took the key out of the ignition. I walked nervously
up to the front door and held my hand in the position of getting ready to
knock. I knocked on the door and waited a few seconds before the door opened.
Brian was standing at the door with Nick.
"Hey Rach" Brian said.
"Hi" I said in barley a
whisper, seeing Nick there.
"I'll see you later right
Nick?" Brian asked.
"yeah, nice to see you again
Rach" Nick said as he walked out the door.
"Nice to see you too" I said
in barley a whisper as he walked away to his car.
"You wanna come in?" Brian asked as
I nodded and walked into his house. We walked into the kitchen and Brian pulled
out a chair for me.
"Thank you" I said as Brian
smiled and sat down next to me.
"I have to talk to you" I
said as Brian nodded for me to go on.
"I went to the doctors today
cause I was having stomach cramps and I was throwing up" I said as Brian
looked at me.
"Go ahead I'm listening"
Brian said. That's what I liked about Brian he was always there to listen to
you.
"I'm pregnant with Nick's
baby" I said as I saw Brian's mouth drop.
"How do you know its his?"
Brian asked as I looked down at the floor.
"Well hes the only one I did
it with" I said looking up at him.
"Are you going to tell him"?
He asked.
"No, I cant I mean then he'll
want me back in his life and I don't think
I can handle that even if I do miss
him" I said as Brian nodded.
"You know if you need anyone you
could always call me or one of the guys?" Brian said as I hugged him.
"Thank you Bri" I said as he
hugged me back.
"Welcome" Brian said as he
smiled.
"Why was Nick here?" I asked
curiously.
"He misses you and he needed
someone to talk to" Brian said as my pager went off and I looked at it.
"Oh I got to go my mom needs
me" I said as I got up.
"OK, call me later" Brian
said as he hugged me.
“K, I will" I said as I hugged
him back and walked towards the door. Brian opened the door and waved bye.
"Bye Bri" I said as I walked to my
car and got in. As I pulled out of the driveway I saw Brian close his door, He
really is a true friend, I thought as I drove home.
