Chapter 3
Lesley's POV
They dragged me out of my cell as the
guy's voice disappeared. I didn't know a Nick, who was he? The guard pulled on
my arm almost yanking it off.
"Hey you almost pulled my arm off
you idiot" I said as the guard looked at me with a glare and smacked me.
My cheek stung as I saw a man sitting in a thrown up ahead. This is all so
confusing who are these people? They threw me down at the floor and pushed my
head down making me bow against my will. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a
guy hunched over in a cloak walk by with 4 guards around him. The guy pulled
off his cloak as the other's pulled off there masks. Why did the one with blond
hair look so familiar to me?
"Guards Attack!!" The guy in
the thrown said as the blond one ran towards me and the other four struggled to
fight the guards off.
"Lesley run!" he said as he
ran towards me but a guard got in his way. I tried to get up but the chains on
my feet held me down.
"Take her to the transformational
cell!" The guy in the thrown yelled as the guards standing by me picked me
up by my arms and started to carry me out of the room.
"Nick help me!!" I yelled,
knowing he was the voice I was hearing before while I was in my cell. I watched
as he struggled against the guards trying to get to me. Before he was
completely out of sight I saw the guard cut Nick's side with his lifesaver. That
was the last thing I saw before the guard hit me with his gun in the back of my
head and my world went black.
BJ's POV
I sat in the spacecraft as I waited
for the guys too come back. They have been in there for so long. I felt a pain
go through my side as I clenched my teeth in pain. I touched where the wound
had shot through my body and a flash became before me. I saw Nick and the
other's being carried off by the royal guards and I saw Nick bleeding. The
flash ended and I shook my head.
"What is this suppose to
mean?" I asked myself aloud as I got up and grabbed a few guns from the
closet where they were stored. I made sure it was loaded and grabbed some other
guns. I touched my side and felt a gooey substance on my hands. I looked down
at my hand and saw it was blood. I took a piece of cloth and a long material as
I picked up my shirt high enough to see the cut and tied it into a knot. I put
the cloth over my wound and wrapped the long material around it. I unknotted my
shirt and let it fall. I got a cloak out of the closet and walked of the
spacecraft and into the palace. As I saw a guard fear came upon me. I walked
down a hall and heard a voice in my mind say go left. I paused for a second
maybe this was a trap.
"There's only little time
BJ" I heard the voice say as I turned left.
"Cell # 516" The voice said
as I looked at the black and blue numbers on each cell door. Here it is. I
looked in the small window and saw the guys. I took out my gun and and blew off
the lock. I opened the door as the guys looked at me.
"hurry up we need to get out of
here before they sound the alarms" I said as the alarm went off. We all
ran towards the exit. We stopped as a girl stood before it blocking us from
getting out.
"Who's she?" I asked Nick.
"Lesley" he said, "
They must have transformed her already".
"Oh great" I said as Lesley
moved towards me.
"Well hello my sister so long no
see" She said as her eyes turned red.
"same for you too" I said as
the doors opened. I took out my gun quickly and shot at the side of her to
startle her to make our escape. She moved out of the way as we ran towards the
door quickly. She grabbed my arm as she held a knife to my neck while the
others looked at her.
"Look's like I could have my
chance to kill you" She said as I felt the knife dig deeper into my neck.
"BJ!!" nick yelled as he
finally saw what was going on.
"Go I'll meet up with you guys
later after I take care of some business" I said as Kevin nodded knowing
what I meant. He took hold of Nick's arm.
"No I'm not going!!" he
yelled.
"Nick go!" I said my voice a
little louder as Kevin and Brian dragged him away. I heard his screams
disappear as they took him onto the spacecraft. Lesley moved the knife away
from my neck as guards came running towards us.
"Well battle latter but now I
need my rest hope you know how your powers work" She said as she walked
away and the guards took me away. What powers Nick didn't mention nothing about
powers. They threw me into the cold cell as I hugged my knees and thought about
Lesley's words. How could someone so cold hearted be my sister in the past?
