Here at HimTak, every potential
recruit goes through an intensive application process. In addition to the comprehensive background
checks, physical and mental examinations, interviews, and rigorous training we
require, every applicant must complete the following survey.
While the questions may seem
trivial when juxtaposed with the seriousness of our organization, the
applicants’ answers reveal more to our recruiters than one may think. We keep all application materials, even for
candidates who are unsuccessful in joining HimTak. One never knows when they may come in handy…
